Cast and BlastReport Date: December 30, 2007The last couple of weeks have been great for the Trout, Redfish and Ducks. Capt. Todd and I have run several cast and blast trips in both North and West Bay. The Trout have been holding up in deeper holes and the creeks and inlets that feed the bays. Just about any creek or bayou that leads to East, West or North Bay (so long as it has deep enough water) will be holding Trout. Suspending Mirror lures, Popping Corks, Gulp sinking minnows and Yozurri stick baits have been working very well. Long cast and a quite approach are the key. Back to Main Fishing Report Page
